Roasted Chicken -Crockpot
1:59:00 PM3 lb whole fryer chicken
Foil
Salt and Pepper
Steps:
1. Crumple up three pieces of tin foil into small balls. Place at the bottom of a crockpot.
2. Defrost and clean out the insides of the chicken.
3. Place the chicken on top of the tin foil in the crockpot.
4. Season to your likings. I just use salt and pepper. (Sometimes garlic powder)
5. Cook on low for 7-8 hours in crockpot.

ReplyDeleteTo hold the bird off the bottom of the pot, like when you use a rack in the pan to roast a turkey.
