8 Fit and Active Turkey Franks
Crescent rolls
Cooking spray
Mustard and ketchup optional
Steps:
1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees
2. Unroll crescent rolls, separate and lay flat.
3. Wrap up one hot dog in one triangle crescent roll.
4. Spray baking pan with cooking spray and place hot dogs/crescent roll on pan.
5. Cook for 13 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
6. Serve with mustard and/or ketchup.
