Chicken and Stuffing-Crockpot

4 Kirkwood chicken thighs
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 box Chefs cupboard Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup of water
Steps:
1. Place chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. (I used frozen but cooked longer.)
2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
3. Pour over chicken in crockpot.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours.

I think I will try baking this in the oven instead of the crockpot. I like the idea though!
ReplyDeleteDo you make the stuffing according to its directions? The soup to? And then mix it all together? Or do you only add the ingredients you have listed?
