My mom always does ornaments on thanksgiving to start off the Christmas season.  Last year (2012) my mom gave Drew this ornament that was a Christmas penguin cop who made noise any time there was motion by the tree.  We thought this was the most annoying ornament and resented her for buying it, but this year with Porter being 16 months it has been a true blessing. We wondered how we would keep P away from the tree, but the ornament has done the job for us. There has not been any sneaking under the tree or ornament stealing because the ornament has stopped him in his tracks. So Thank you mom! You probably didn't know it, but this was an awesome ornament for anyone with a toddler to have.
