Spring Break 2017
9:46:00 PMThis year was a little different in the fact that majority of our break would be spent recovering from Porters Tonsillectomy. The first five days we were suppose to do pretty much nothing and eat only soft foods.
It also allowed for Porter to sleep in Mommy and Daddy's room for 10 days! Parker joined the party one night. She has now learned about "Mommy's bed" and constantly wants to sleep in here.
This was the second day of spring break and this was about the only sun we saw all ten days!
Drew and I were able to get away to see Beauty and the Beast.
We watched Trolls Movie and Zootopia probably ten times in three days.
Once Porter started feeling better we finally got out of the house. We went to see my Dad, my Granny, and our friends Addie and Gabriel.
One day we visited Crown Center where we colored, shopped, and visited their under water exhibit which was AWESOME!
We topped the week off with a "surprise" to Disney on Ice.
I had three goals over the break: 1. Break Parker from the pacifier. 2. Stop drinking coffee. 3. Potty train Parker. Let's just say we successfully finished two out of the three. And we will still be buying diapers until at least the summer.
Now let the count down begin for summer! 33 school days!
