A few years ago we were the board game operation. I was the game Drew was the surgeon.

We won a prize!
We did a hole in the face for our church's trunk or treat.

      Red and white material are felt squares from hobby lobby. Free handed the white part and cut out red piece around. Hope this helps!

    May I ask where you were able to find a tan/skin colored t-shirt? Also, what is the nose made out of? Super cute costume!!

      Shirt is Hobby Lobby and nose is a Rudolph costume nose
